摘要 <p>The invention relates to a process for recycling metal cuttings resulting from chip removal operations and bimetallic spoilage while recovering metal cuttings-contained emulsions and to an installation for carrying out said process. According to the invention, the process starts by feeding the metal cuttings sorted by qualities and having a size of less than 30 mm into a receiving hopper (1) wherefrom it is taken over by a conveyor (1a) and supplied to a centrifuge (2) with permeable drum in which the emulsion content is reduced from 18% to 3%, drying the metal cuttings and conveying them to a vibrating sieve (3), lifting the metal cuttings, by means of the conveyor (4), towards a system (5) for charging the metal cuttings into large bags and conveying them to the treatment installation which comprises a charging hopper (8) wherefrom it is taken over by another conveyor (9) and supplied to the centrifuge (10) and the drier (11) up to the complete elimination of damp, followed by the extraction of ferrous materials within a magnetic screening system (13) and introduction of the metal cuttings into a furnace (14) wherein the metal cuttings and spoilages are melted into liquid aluminium under the influence of a swirl motion imparted to the melt by a hydraulic pump (16) and a ceramic turbine (17), the spoilage melting taking place within a secondary chamber of the furnace (14). For the recovery of pig iron pieces by means of a scrapper, quality corrections are made in order to obtain the desired aluminium alloy and then the melt is conveyed to foundry in isothermal tanks placed on a carriage (18). The installation claimed by the invention comprises two receiving hoppers (1 and 8), a conveyor (1a), a centrifuge (2) with permeable drum, a vibrating sieve (3), three belt conveyors (1a, 4 and 9), a charging system (5), a centrifuge (10), a drier (11), a magnetic screening system (13), a furnace (14), a smoke suction and treatment system (15), a heat pump (12), a hydraulic pump (16), a ceramic turbine (17) and a simple carriage (18).</p>
