PURPOSE: A bending device is provided to prevent generation of creases and flections by forming a bead with a fixed shape in a bending mold unit when the bending mold is used for bending-molding, thereby securing quality of a bumper beam. CONSTITUTION: A bending device(1) comprises a base plate(3), a frame(5), a both side bending table(7), a loading table(9), a clamping unit(10), and a bending unit(20). The clamping unit corresponds to the loading table, is installed on the frame, and uses a clamping pad(13) to pressurize and fix the upper side of a molding beam which is input on the loading table. The bending unit pressurizes both ends of the molding beam against the lower molding side of the bending table to form a bead toward a bent inside and to perform bending-molding at a fixed curvature.
