ELECTROSPINNING DEVICE COMPRISING POLYGONAL TUBE

The present invention relates to an electrospinning device comprising a polygonal tube, which uses a rotating polygonal tube, instead of a nozzle as in the related art, as a mechanism used in electrospinning of a spinning solution in a direction of a collector. According to the present invention, electrospinning is performed by using both electrostatic force and centrifugal force such that productivity is improved by raising the output per unit time and per unit polygonal tube. When compared to using a nozzle, the manufacturing process may be simplified because the nozzle does not have to be replaced or cleaned. It is possible to prevent a drop phenomenon from occurring during the electrospinning, in which the spinning solution drops onto the collector in a solution state and not a fiber state, because the collector is disposed on top of the polygonal tube. Therefore, quality of a nanofiber web that is produced is improved.
