FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to making articles by extrusion. Proposed device comprises cartridge with variable-section die carrier, sprocket arranged there above and made up of cylindrical element with central and peripheral bores, and needle screwed in central through bore, and male die. Note here that claimed device is provided with the set of replaceable needles with identical diameter of the part to be screwed in sprocket central bore and different diameters of their working part, located under thread, depending upon preset thickness of extruded tube. Note also that peripheral bores are arranged around sprocket central bore at equal spacing while larger-diameter sprocket central bore exceeds that of peripheral bore. Said peripheral bores are threaded.EFFECT: expanded process performances, higher quality of extruded articles.3 dwg |
