Cosmetic agent for temporary shaping of keratinous fibers, preferably human hair, comprises (a) a mixture of (i) at least one alkane having 8-20 carbon atoms, (ii) at least one polydimethylsiloxane, which is liquid at 20[deg] C and at 1013 mbar, and (iii) at least one dimethiconol, and (b) at least one solidifying active substance, in a carrier. An independent claim is also included for treating keratinous fibers, preferably human hair, comprising applying the above agent on the keratinous fibers and allowing the agent to leave on the fibers.
