<p>A stretchable section (8) configured to include a plurality of elastic members (81) of identical fineness (a fineness of 450 dtex or less) arranged in an elongated state between a topsheet and backsheet (2), (3) forms on a dorsal section (A) a lower stretchable section (8A1) in an absorber arrangement region (A1) and an upper stretchable section (8A2) in an absorber non-arrangement region (A2). The elastic members (81) of the lower stretchable section (8A1) have a non-stretchable section (82) at a portion overlapping with an absorber (4). The upper stretchable section (8A2) has a lesser stretching force than that of the lower stretchable section (8A1). Upper and lower ends (60p), (60q) of a tape base (60) are positioned in the vicinity of respectively corresponding outermost or innermost first imaginary straight lines (V1p), (V1q), and a major part of the tape base (60) is present in a region sandwiched by the two imaginary straight lines (V1p), (V1q).
