<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the resistance against falling and sliding of a housing of an electronic apparatus which are caused by external force from a larger number of directions. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus 10 includes: a housing 20; multiple adjusters 31, 32, 33, 34; and first suction members 41, 42. The housing 20 has a bottom surface 21 that serves as a placement surface to an exterior member 50. The adjusters 31 to 34 are respectively attached to positions, which are located at an end part on the bottom surface 21 and are separated from each other, and support the housing 20.
