摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of supercritical extraction soybean oil is provided to manufacture 'strong flavored soybean oil without phopholipid and trasfat' by extracting in a supercritical extracting method using supercritical carbon monoxide. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of supercritical extraction of soybean oil comprises following steps. (i) A step of roasting seed beans; (ii) A step of pulverizing the upper roasted distributed bean; and (iii) a step of supercritical extracting the pulverized distribution bean (iii) by using supercritical carbon dioxide. The distributing step is performed at 200-300 °C for 1-20 minutes, and the Pulverizing step pulverizes particle diameter of the bean by less than 2mm. Moreover, the phosphatide content of manufactured supercritical extracting soybean is less than 5 ppm and the content of trans fat is less than 10 ppm.
