摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A DNA oligomer is provided to enhance knock-down effect by interfering with a stable DNA, and to regulate secretion of various interleukins such as interferon-gamma and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-alpha. CONSTITUTION: A method for reducing TGF-beta 1 expression level in in vivo cultured-cells, tissues, or organism comprises a step of preparing DNA oligomer with 10 or more base pairs, which complementarily binds to TFG-beta 1 mRNA. A sequence of the DNA oligomer has 3'-cgagaacggcgacgacga-5'(DNA strand which is complementary to upstream sequence), 3'-tggtcgtgttgggcccgc-5'(DNA strand which is complementary to midstream sequence), and 3'-gtcgggtcgtctcgtctc-5'(DNA strand which is complementary to downstream sequence). The DNA oligomer is prepared by synthesis of a PCR primer.
