<p>PURPOSE: A ceiling installation type article transport facility is provided to simplify equipment by using an article transport car and a guide rail. CONSTITUTION: An article transport car(2) includes a driving part and an article maintenance part. The article transport car includes driving wheels installed to both sides of the driving part. A guide rail(1) is installed along the driving path of the pro article transport car. The guide rail includes a pair of right and left rail parts(1a).
