摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the conventional motor inverter devices in which: the number of components is increased due to overcurrent suppression, delay from overcurrent detection to current suppression occurs, overcurrent cannot be prevented, and accordingly the overcurrent is suppressed with a simple structure without delay and demagnetization of a motor can be prevented. <P>SOLUTION: The motor inverter device includes: an inverter portion constituted by a current drive type semiconductor switch 8; a motor 1 driven by the inverter portion; a power supply Ec for driving the current drive type semiconductor switch 8; and a variable resistor 9 which is connected between the power supply Ec and a gate terminal of the current drive type semiconductor switch 8 and a resistance value of which is changed by a temperature. The variable resistor 9 is arranged so as to have a temperature approximately equal to a motor temperature, and has temperature characteristics in which a gate current is adjusted so that the maximum current capable of passing through the current drive type semiconductor switch 8 is smaller than a demagnetization current of the motor 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
