PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition is provided to suppress oxidation due to reactive oxygen in skin by containing an extract of medicinal herb mixture is provided to ensure excellent antioxidation by suppressing oxidation due to reactive oxygen in skin, to ensure whitening effects, and to suppress pigmentation. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains 0.001-20 wt% of an extract of Asiasari radix, Cnidii rhizoma, and Armeniacae semen as an active ingredient. Asiasari radix, Cnidii rhizoma, and Armeniacae semen are mixed in a ratio of 1:1-3:1-3. The composition is used for antioxidation, free radical removal, and whitening.
