摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a glass sheet that reduces the maximum edge gradient deviation. <P>SOLUTION: A first pull roller apparatus 301 including a first upstream pair 303 of draw rollers and a second pull roller apparatus 321 including a first downstream pair 323 of draw rollers positioned downstream along the draw path from the first upstream pair 303 of draw rollers are prepared. A glass ribbon 205 including a width extending between a first edge portion 205a and a second edge portion 205b is formed. The first pull roller apparatus 301 is independently operated such that at least one of the first upstream pair 303 of draw rollers are rotated with substantially constant torque to draw the first edge portion 205a of the glass ribbon 205 along the draw path. The second pull roller apparatus 321 is independently operated such that at least one of the first downstream pair 323 of draw rollers are rotated with a substantially constant angular velocity to further draw the first edge portion 205a of the glass ribbon 205 along the draw path. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
