PURPOSE: A solar cell module and a method of fabricating the same are provided to include an inclined through-hole for separating solar cells from each other, thereby omitting an separate patterning process for separating the solar cells. CONSTITUTION: Each of solar cells(C1, C2) comprises a support substrate(100), a back electrode layer(200), a light absorption layer(300), and a front electrode layer(400). The back electrode layer is formed on the support substrate. The light absorption layer is formed on the back electrode layer. The front electrode layer is formed on the light absorption layer. The solar cells are separated from each other by a though hole(TH) which is inclined with respect to the support substrate. |
