PURPOSE: A PCR apparatus comprising a three dimensional structure with an antibody which specifically reacts to cancer cells is provided to isolate the cancer cells in blood and to perform PCR of the cancer cells. CONSTITUTION: A PCR apparatus comprises: a substrate(30) with a chamber, and an antibody which specifically reacts to cancer cells. The PCR apparatus comprises a three dimensional structure(20) which is protruded from the bottom of the chamber. The three dimensional structure has the same height as the depth of the chamber.
