PURPOSE: An apparatus for offering a broadcast service using voice recognition is provided to offer a secondary broadcast service including a caption and sign language for disabled audience. CONSTITUTION: A receiver(210) receives at least one or more contents from at least one or more content providing servers. A first information converter(220) converts audio information included in the received contents into caption information. A second converter(230) converts text information into sign language information. A mixer(240) mixes the voice information included in the received contents with at least one or more information among the audio information, the caption information, and sign language information.
