<p>PURPOSE: A photovoltaic power generation apparatus and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent recombination of electrons by controlling bandgap energy of an optical absorption layer into a harmonic type. CONSTITUTION: A rear electrode layer is arranged on a substrate. An optical absorption layer is arranged on the rear electrode layer.
