PURPOSE: A GUI(Graphic User Interface) display method using a time difference and a terminal thereof are provided to differently display a specific item and other items, thereby enabling a user to differently recognize the specific item and the other items. CONSTITUTION: A display unit(140) displays a GUI. A control unit(170) confirms the arranged items in a screen in a state of requesting screen conversion and a relative position between items. The control unit classifies the items into a specific item and other items. The specific item and the other items are displayed corresponding to the relative position. When the time difference is generated after displaying the specific item, the control unit displays the other items. When the time difference is generated after displaying the other items, the control unit displays the specific items.
