A closing device for a bottle is made in the form of a cork capable to be mounted in the bottle neck. The device comprises an inner sleeve, an upper cover mounted on the inner sleeve, and locking means of the outer cover on the inner sleeve in the axial direction made with possibility of emergence of an indicator portion on the inner sleeve at the initial stage of opening.
