PURPOSE: A latch rotation type manhole cover locking device is provided to be easily locked and be released due to rotation of a latch and not to be opened in strong pressure by forming a perfect locking state with the latch. CONSTITUTION: An operation chamber(11) opened towards upper and lower parts and a side is formed in an edge of a manhole cover(10). A latch(30) is connected to the operation chamber. The latch forms a hanging groove(31), and a protrusion(21) inserted into the hanging groove protrude in an inner circumference of a manhole support unit(20). |
