摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor device of high reliability and performance, capable of suppressing degradation of a capacitor element because of overcharging at a high temperature and raising energy storage performance at a low temperature. <P>SOLUTION: A voltage dividing circuit 24 outputs a divided voltage at a connection point between a first resistance element 41 provided on a ground side and a second resistance element 42 on a positive side, and a variable resistance part in which a third resistance element 43 and a semiconductor switching element 44 are connected in series is connected to the first resistance element 41 in parallel. A control circuit controls the voltage dividing circuit 24 so that a divided voltage rises relative to a reference voltage by turning off the semiconductor switching element 44 when a temperature exceeds a reference temperature. A comparison circuit 29 outputs a constant voltage control signal when the divided voltage exceeds the reference voltage, to lower a full-charge voltage of a capacitor part 11, for constant voltage control. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
