<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing device in which a DDR-SDRAM can properly capture a CKE signal outputted after the end of initialization processing while avoiding the cancel of a self-refresh mode until the end of the initialization processing. <P>SOLUTION: A data processing device comprises: a DDR-SDRAM; a processor which generates a CKE signal in a first operation mode, switches a voltage level of a CKE output port to a nullification level when shifting to a second operation mode, stops operation during the second operation mode, and switches a voltage level of a CKE output port to a validation level in initialization processing when shifting to the first operation mode; and a first field effect transistor having a source terminal connected to the CKE output port, a drain terminal connected to the CKE output port of the DDR-SDRAM, and a gate terminal to which a first control signal for blocking the CKE signal outputted when shifting to the first operation mode for a fixed period is inputted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
