摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that exhaust a gas purification capacity of a catalyst device is degraded when the amount of oxygen stored in a catalyst device is insufficient when executing OT-increase control for controlling degradation caused by the temperature rise of the catalyst device. <P>SOLUTION: This control device of an internal combustion engine has an OT-increase control means which increases a fuel injection quantity in an engine 20 when the temperature of a three-way catalyst 40 (catalyst device) exceeds an OT-increase temperature, and enriches an air-fuel ratio in the engine 20.
