<p>PURPOSE: A current detection device detecting the grounding of a DC circuit breaker is provided to detect a current and a ground fault and measure a ground current without an insulation and voltage drop circuit. CONSTITUTION: A current detection device includes a DC shunt(102) and a hall sensor assembly(20). The DC shunt is installed to contact with one of a pair of load terminals electrically, and has a resistor with large resistance, and outputs a potential difference of both ends of the resistor proportional to a current flowing through the load terminal as a voltage signal. The hall sensor assembly is separately installed around the other side to be insulated from the other side of the pair of load terminals, and comprises a pair of magnet cores and a hall sensor. The pair of magnet cores are installed with an air gap to face each other. The hall sensor is installed at the air gap of the magnet core, and outputs an output voltage according to magnetic flux induced in proportion to a current flowing through the other side of the load terminal where the DC shunt is installed.</p> |
