<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas oil fuel composition having sufficient low-temperature properties as a vehicular fuel while responding to reduction in content of sulfur and increase in mixing ratio of cracked gas oil. <P>SOLUTION: The gas oil fuel composition has a 19-23C normal paraffin content of 7.5 mass% or less, a cycloparaffin content of 34 mass% or more, an aromatic content of 18 vol.% or more and a sulfur content of 10 mass ppm or less, and includes an EV-based low-temperature fluidity improver. The content of alkylbenzenes is preferably 10 mass% or more, and the content of dicyclic or more cycloparaffins is preferably 11 mass% or more. The cycloparaffins mean alicyclic hydrocarbons, including monocyclic, dicyclic and tricyclic ones, and further including those substituted by alkyl.
