PURPOSE: A tube exclusive inspection device is provided to easily wash a tube before inspection and easily withdraw a complete product after finishing the inspection. CONSTITUTION: A tube exclusive inspection device(100) comprises a plurality of holders, a support plate(20), a carriage(30), an inner diameter measuring device(40), an outer diameter measuring device(50), and a length measuring device(60). The carriage includes a receiving groove where a tube(T) can be seated on the top and transfers the tube seated on the holder on one side to the holder in the other side while moving inwards and outwards inside a separated space of the holder in a vertical and horizontal directions. The inner diameter measuring device reciprocates forwards and backwards in the inner circumference of the tube seated on the holder and includes an inner diameter measuring tool of a ring shape of a predetermined size and a sensor measuring the amount of stroke of the inner diameter measuring tool. The outer diameter measuring device includes an outer diameter measuring tool with a tube insertion groove of a predetermined size on a lower side and a sensor measuring the amount of stroke for the outer diameter measuring tool. |
