LAMINATING APPARATUS AND LAMINATING METHOD

PURPOSE: A laminating apparatus and a laminating method are provided to prevent failure such as bubbles possibly generated between laminated members by release of a tensile force after laminating by minimizing the tensile force applied to the laminated member. CONSTITUTION: A first support bar(1) supports a first member(6). A second support bar(2) faces the first support bar and supports a second member(70) arranged to face the first member. A third support bar(3) is faced to the first support bar and supports a part of the second member supported by the second support bar and other part. The third support bar is movable. A fourth support bar(4) pressurizes the second member in a direction of the first member.
