PURPOSE: An electronic commercial transaction system using a stock trading method and a method thereof are provided to induce online connection of a direct transaction or a delivery transaction, thereby solving a safety problem of the direct direction. CONSTITUTION: A sale server receives product information of a product, a sale price, the number of sales, and whether a direct transaction or not from a sale terminal and stores the same in an order database(S1). The sale server receives expectation prices and the number of purchase for the product from a purchase terminal and stores the same in the order database(S2). The sale server transmits and informs data which matches the sale price, the expectation price, and the number of purchase to product information to the sale terminal(S3). When the expectation price is the same as the sale price, the sale server processes payment by using an intermediate deposit method(S8).
