FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to neurology. Ultrasonic examination of structure of upper and lower extremities along their entire length is carried out. If cableness of nerve structure is disturbed along entire length and their echogenicity is reduced, character of affection is assessed as diffuse prolonged. If cableness of nerve structure is disturbed at the level of extremity segment and their echogenicity is reduced, character of affection is assessed as segmental. If cableness of structure is disturbed in symmetrically located in nerves of upper and lower extremities that have the same names with reduction of their echogenicity, character of affection is assessed as symmetrical. If cableness of structure of one of symmetrical nerves of upper and lower extremities is disturbed and their echogenicity is reduced, character of affection is assessed as asymmetrical.EFFECT: method extends arsenal of means for detecting level of affection of peripheral nervous system in case of sensomotor neuropathy.1 dwg, 5 ex |
