Disclosed is a truck-mounted concrete pump, comprising a chassis (20) and an upper structure mounted on the chassis (20), wherein one of the chassis (20) and upper structure is provided with a first track, and the other moves along the first track such that the upper structure translates with respect to the chassis (20). With the relative movement between the upper structure and the chassis (20), the centre of gravity of the pump is changed such that the supporting surface area and the space occupied by supporting legs are reduced.
