<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner wall surface structure of an operation room, in which a layout of medical apparatuses can be changed as necessary even after the operation room is structured, and which has less dead space and is convenient. <P>SOLUTION: Ducts 7, 8 having an almost U-shaped cross section are fixed in an operation room wall surface, a piping 18 and an electric wiring 20 are disposed in the ducts, a piping connection panel 30 mounted with various plugs 31 communicating with the piping and an electric system connection panel 35 mounted with various electric outlets 36 communicating with the electric wiring are attached to the openings 7a, 8a of the ducts 7, 8. Meanwhile, hooks 41, 42 protrusively formed on the back side of medical apparatuses 40 are hooked on the opening edges of the ducts and attached to an inner wall surface.
