PURPOSE:To uniformly mix soil and gravel with cement milk by providing a rotary blade turning back and forth in the direction of excavation for a pole to be settled down while pressing an excavation site. CONSTITUTION:A soil hardening improver 1 consists of a drive part 3, a pole 4, a stirrer 5, and an excavator 6. The pole 4 is detachably attached to the part 3, and the stirrer 5 is fixed to the lower end of the pole 4. Cement milk is injected while turning a rotary blade 52, but not a shaft 51 and mixed with excavated soil 9 over the whole area of the pit. The mixing and stirring back and forth in the direction of excavation can thus be attained during excavation.
