<p>Disclosed is a head structure for an electric saw. In the structure, a power output shaft (20) drives a large drive shaft (40) and a small drive shaft (30) in counter rotation; the small drive shaft (30) drives an outer saw blade (50); the big drive shaft (40) drives an inner saw blade (60); the large drive shaft (40) is provided with a hollow shaft core for the small drive shaft (30) to pass through; of the various bearings disposed between the large drive shaft (40) and the small drive shaft (30), an outer bearing (26) is disposed near the outer end of the large drive shaft (40); the outer end of the outer bearing (26) projects beyond the outer end of the big drive shaft (40), and the projection width equals to the thickness of the inner saw blade (60), so that the outer edge of the outer bearing (26) and the outer surface of the inner saw blade (60) are on the same vertical tangent plane; a C-shaped retainer (31) of 0.25mm-0.28mm thickness is embedded on the small drive shaft (30); the C-shaped retainer (31) can define the position of the outer bearing (26); the inner surface of the outer saw blade (50) presses against the C-shaped retainer (31), ensuring that the distance between the inner surface of the outer saw blade (50) and the outer surface of the inner saw blade (60) is the thickness of the C-shaped retainer (31).</p> |
