PURPOSE: A rigidity-controllable elastic mount device is provided to damp and offset vibration generated in a power generation system of a ship and to control rigidity according to vibration variation. CONSTITUTION: A rigidity-controllable elastic mount device(100) comprises a support part(110), a base plate(120), an outer container(130), a first elastic part(140), and a rotary shaft(150). The support part contacts to the bottom of a hull. The base plate surrounds the support part and contacts to the support part and the bottom of the hull. The outer container has a shaft hole at the center. The first elastic part is positioned between the base plate and the outer container and has a shaft hole at the center. The first elastic part damps or offsets vibration transferred from a power generation system of a ship through the outer container.
