<p>A torque sensor integrated with a motor of an electric bicycle comprises a connection inner disk (1), a connection outer disk (2), a displacement inner disk (3), a displacement outer disk (4), a force measuring spring (5) and a detection circular disk (6) equipped with a detection element. The connection inner disk (1) and the connection outer disk (2) are parts of a motor rotor (10) of the electric bicycle; the connection inner disk (1) is fixed on the displacement inner disk (3); the connection outer disk (2) is fixed on the displacement outer disk (4); the connection inner disk (1) is connected to a chain wheel of the electric bicycle; the connection outer disk (2) is connected to a rear cavity (9) of the motor rotor (10); the detection circular disk (6) is connected to a motor stator (8) of the electric bicycle; one end of the force measuring spring (5) is connected to the displacement inner disk (3), and the other end of the force measuring spring (5) is connected to the displacement outer disk (4); and the displacement inner disk (3) and the displacement outer disk (4) are embedded into each other; the displacement inner disk (3) and the displacement outer disk (4) are each provided with a sensing device. The torque sensor is combined with a motor shell and has the characteristics of reliable operation, simple installation, simple and accurate detection, stable performance, water prevention and dust prevention.</p> |
