PURPOSE: A method for heat-treating a circular target object is provided to perform a cooling process and a cleaning process simultaneously after heat-treating the target object by using high frequencies, thereby enabling to heat-treat the target object automatically or consecutively. CONSTITUTION: A method for heat-treating a circular target object comprises: a step(S1) of transferring the target object by gripping the same with a clamp; a step(S2,S3) of arranging the target object on an induction heat treating member by moving the target object upwardly and heat-treating the target object; a step(S4) of transferring the target object to the clamp by moving the heat-treated target object downwardly; a step(S5) of receiving the target object in a closed cooling housing unit and cooling the same by injecting fluid inside the cooling housing unit; a step(S6) of transferring the cooled target object to the clamp: and a step(S7) of receiving the transferred target object in a closed cleaning housing unit and removing foreign material by injecting cleaning solution into inside the cleaning housing unit.
