PURPOSE: A chair having a moving wheel is provided to steadily maintain a state of taking a seat and use safely as well as effectively. CONSTITUTION: The chair having a moving wheel has a space in which the bottom surface is opened inside and comprises a case (3) fixed to the bottom surface of the chair leg using the fastening component; a storing case (5) enable to be stored in the space of the above case and in which the rotatable wheel is fixed to the bottom surface; an elastic spring (8) permitting the elasticity, in which the above storing case is elastically fixed on the above space, allows the wheel to be exposed or inserted to the outside of the storing case.
