The engine has a combustion chamber (3), where a control device controls a mass flow to the chamber. The engine is operated with gaseous fuel, which contains reacting gas i.e. vapor of cryogenically stored liquid gas. The liquid gas is liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen. The control device includes a control channel (1) i.e. master channel, for combustion gas, and another control channel (2) i.e. slave channel, for oxidator-gas. The control channels are connected with a control unit (16). Actual values of temperatures and pressures of the gas are supplied to the control unit via an input (18). |
