PURPOSE: An optical printed circuit board and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize optical propagation loss and to increase reliability by minimizing damage to an inclination angle which an optical waveguide has by adding a module maintaining an inclination angle. CONSTITUTION: A waveguide unit includes a lower clad layer(111), a core layer(112) and an upper clad layer(113). Both sides of the waveguide unit have a specific inclination angle and are formed to be inclined to offer an optical transmission path. An internal angle of a bottom and a left side of the waveguide unit is changed according to an optical transmission path. The lower clad layer and the upper clad layer are formed to surround the core layer and make efficient optical transmission through the core layer. The core layer is arranged in between the upper clad layer and lower clad layer and plays a role as a path transmitting an optical signal. |
