摘要 PURPOSE: A forging processing method of stainless steel is provided to perform a forging process in the temperature range of 600-1400°C to prevent a processed object from being melted and cracked, thereby more stably processing the processed object which is made of stainless steel. CONSTITUTION: A forging processing method of stainless steel comprises the following steps. A processed object which is composed of stainless steel is heated in a heating furnace(S10). A forging process induces the processed object to be transformed into a finished product by using a mold that applies external force to the heated processed object(S20). Foreign substances that remain on the surface of the processed object which is finished by forging are removed(S30). The material properties of the finished product are strengthened by repeatedly heating and cooling the processed object which is trimmed(S40). The forging process is performed in the temperature range of 600-1400°C to prevent the processed object from being melted and cracked.
