PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique by which a supercooling phenomenon can be prevented or suppressed when gas is treated by separating objective gas from mixed gas and capturing it by a hydrate and particularly to provide a method for separating gas, a method for treating gas and apparatuses used therefor.

SOLUTION: The apparatus I for separating gas separates the objective gas from the mixed gas by using the hydrate and has a hydrate producing device 1 for producing the hydrate under an environment including no objective gas and a gas capturing device 2 for supplying the mixed gas to the environment where the hydrate produced in the hydrate producing device 1 is present and capturing the objective gas by the hydrate.
