<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform voice regulation only on a voice of a desired performer of a broadcast program without using caption information. <P>SOLUTION: A voice regulator 1 includes: a voice print detection part 2 which detects voice print data of all performers of a program from voice signals included in a broadcast signal; a voice print registration part 3 which registers voice print data associated with the name of a specific performer; a voice regulation instruction part 4 which instructs a voice print comparison part 5 and a first voice regulation part 6 to perform voice regulation on the voice signal of the specific performer; the voice print comparison part 5 which compares voice print data of all the performers detected by the voice print detection part 2 with the voice print data of the specific performer registered by the voice print registration part 3 and outputs the voice signal having the corresponding voice print data; and the first voice regulation part 6 which performs voice regulation only on the voice signal output from the voice print comparison part 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
