PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a plug pin for a power plug is provided to reduce material cost by forming a hollow type plug pin using a cold forger having high automated productivity or an impact and drawing process using a brass bar molding chip. CONSTITUTION: A molding chip is manufactured(S10). A first stage chip molded product is formed(S20). A second stage molded chip product is formed(S30). A pressurization unit is formed to a central part and a rear part of the second stage molded chip product is bent toward one side(S40). To make an end of the pressurization unit of the rear part be inclined toward the outside, a bellmouth is formed(S50). A knurling groove is formed to make the knurling groove is inserted into an inner side from the central part(S60).
