PURPOSE: A medical device with a circuit is provided to maintain the normal state of a medical device by preventing malfunction of the medical device. CONSTITUTION: A medical device with a circuit comprises a voltage output unit(110) for applying voltage to the intestine of a human body, an input unit(120) which is connected to the output terminal of the voltage output unit and intestine of the human body and gradually reduces the voltage of an input signal, an electrocardiogram measurement unit(130) which is directly connected to the heart and measures the electrocardiogram, and a processor(140) which controls the voltage applying operation of the voltage output unit.
