<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide conductive particles which can form impression on an adherend, provide conductive particles excellent in connection reliability, an anisotropic conductive material containing the conductive particles, and polymer particles suitably usable as a core material of the conductive particles. <P>SOLUTION: The polymer particle is obtained by heat-treating the particle containing a siloxane coupled body of vinyl trialkoxysilane at a temperature of 200°C or higher.
