PURPOSE: A ventilation device for a vehicle seat is provided to suppress loss of cool air and to reduce resistance of air by reducing a path length of the air discharged to a seat cushion and a seat back. CONSTITUTION: A ventilation device for a vehicle seat comprises a blower module(10). The blower module is arranged between a seat cushion(20) and a seat back(30). The blower module sucks air and discharges the air to the seat cushion and the seat back through a first outlet and a second outlet.
