<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microscope including a laser light source and a transmission illumination light source, which is capable of protecting a field diaphragm and an aperture diaphragm from laser light. <P>SOLUTION: A microscope 1 includes: a laser light source 11 emitting laser light L; a laser light irradiation optical system 10 irradiating a sample A with the laser light L from the laser light source 11; a lamp light source 12 emitting transmission illumination light V; a transmission illumination optical system 20 disposed on the side opposite to the laser light irradiation optical system 10 across the sample A, having an aperture diaphragm 22 and a field diaphragm 24, and irradiating the sample A with the transmission illumination light V from the lamp light source 12; observation optical systems 50A and 50B collecting light from the sample A; and a controller 30 allowing the laser light source 11 to emit the laser light L, when the apertures of the aperture diaphragm 22 and the field diaphragm 24 are maximum. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
