<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat equipped with an airbag module that has a compact area around a part to which stay cloth is mounted, while maintaining high deployment performance of an airbag and can be easily mounted, and a mounting member thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The seat equipped with an airbag module includes: an upper frame 21 connected to a side frame on the upper side; an airbag module mounted on the side frame; a seat trim cover; and stay cloth that wraps around the airbag module and whose one end is mounted on a breaking part of the trim cover to separate each end of the trim cover when an airbag is deployed.
