<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a mode of a character string displayed in an operation terminal from being different from a mode when the character string is printed on a print label creation device, and thereby improve user convenience. <P>SOLUTION: A CPU of a PC 118 uses a predetermined fixed-form print information generation application program to generate a template T to be used in creating a printing label L, and extracts a character string R-1 included in the generated template T. The CPU refers to language information of the predetermined fixed-form print information transfer application program, determines a font type or the like to be applied to the template T, and converts a font of the character string R-1 extracted from the template T to the determined font.
