PURPOSE: An LED array short sensing circuit and an LED driving apparatus using the same are provided to sense a short of an LED array accurately, by measuring a feedback voltage of the LED array in an area excluding an abnormal section of the feedback voltage. CONSTITUTION: A sensing part(300) is composed of a voltage measurement part(310), a short sensing part(320) and a sensing control part(330). The voltage measurement part measures a feedback voltage of each LED array, and outputs a first feedback voltage which is the lowest among the measured feedback voltages. The short sensing part senses the short of the LED array using the plurality of measured feedback voltages. The sensing control part controls the short sensing part to stop the short sensing operation, if the first feedback voltage is equal to or larger than a preset first reference voltage.
